More details on my project

I plan to accept a few (maybe 2, maybe 5) people into my web design team. Once again: I'm not looking for professionals, I'm looking for ambitious people, who are not lazy and would be able to learn a lot in a short period of time.

If you have a basic-intermediate knowledge of one (or more-that's even better!) of the following, you should definitely join my team, and become a pro.

• Work in Photoshop: working with layers, creating logos, editing photos.
• Work in Dreamweaver: creating websites, work with div tags,CSS, testing and optimization of the site.
• Work with HTML: ability to make sites without WYSIWYG programmes.
• Work with Adobe Flash, or similar software.
• Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript or similar programming languages.
• Innovative ideas about websites, and generally good design skills.

What I plan to do is to get our team working on creating some websites for practise. We could make websites for local shops and organizations- for free at first, before we become more experienced and professional. Then we might make sites for money, and if we become good for big money.

We could meet in skype every week or more often to discuss the matters arising and to plan our project. Then we would comment on each other's week's work and share ideas.
